xAmplify merger with CSO Group falls through
The planned xAmplify–CSO Group merger into MARQ1 has collapsed. xAmplify has instead landed backing from Macquarie Capital Principal Finance and promoted Tom Scicluna to chief revenue officer, while Howard Fyffe departs.
