US sports gear company snaps up Sydney AI tech startup Gameface for $32 million
Slinger Bag, a US-listed sports equipment maker, is acquiring Sydney sports analytics startup Gameface.ai in an all-stock deal valuing it at US$24 million, with its CEO and engineers joining the acquirer.
