Eaton Square Advised RPL Trading on Their Sale of Shares to the IMCD Group
Advisory firm Eaton Square says it ran the sale of specialty chemicals company RPL Trading to IMCD, appointed by the founders in August 2021, with IMCD the successful acquirer.
