Canada's BC Securities Commission has permanently banned GetSwift cofounders Bane Hunter and Joel Macdonald from directing companies and trading securities, after Australian Federal Court findings of disclosure breaches and unpaid fines.
GetSwift's Australian subsidiary has been put into liquidation with KordaMentha, while its US-listed parent filed for Chapter 11 after court findings over misleading customer deal announcements; earlier ASX listing and raises are recalled.
