NAB subsidiary HICAPS to purchase digital claim payments platform LanternPay
NAB's payments subsidiary HICAPS has signed an agreement to buy LanternPay, a digital health claims platform, from owner InLoop, pending regulatory approvals; the deal would fold LanternPay into HICAPS.
