Openmarkets to pursue Nasdaq listing via a merger with Nasdaq-listed Lake Superior Acquisition Corp.
Openmarkets Group has agreed a merger with Nasdaq-listed SPAC Lake Superior Acquisition Corp, expected to complete in 2026, giving the combined company a Nasdaq listing at a roughly USD300 million enterprise value.
