Citrix to merge with Tibco after $16.5B private equity acquisition
Private equity firms Vista Equity Partners and Evergreen Coast Capital have agreed to acquire software vendor Citrix for US$16.5 billion, with plans to combine it with Vista portfolio company Tibco.
