Australia's National Reconstruction Fund has put $30.7 million into Melbourne autonomous vehicle maker Applied EV as the largest slice of a US$40 million Series B alongside Barrenjoey and Japan Post Capital.
Suzuki has taken an undisclosed strategic stake in Applied EV, an Australian developer of software-based vehicle control systems, to speed development work for future mobility applications.
