Brisbane DevOps software firm Octopus Deploy has bought San Francisco competitor Codefresh, reportedly paying US$28 million; the deal adds revenue and Kubernetes capability while Codefresh's venture backers face a loss.
Insight Partners and AirTree have added NZ$20 million to LawVu's Series A, lifting the New Zealand legal software firm's total funding, with Insight's large recent cheques into SafetyCulture and Octopus Deploy also noted.
New Zealand crime-intelligence software company Auror has raised NZ$30 million in a round led by Movac, with GD1, Shasta Ventures and Folklore Ventures taking part, to grow its Australian team, technology and retail support.
