Reckon Accountants Group acquired by The Access Group in $100 million deal
Software firm The Access Group buys Australian accounting technology provider Reckon Accountants Group for $100 million, its tenth Asia-Pacific purchase in three years; Novatti's earlier stake purchase in Reckon is also recalled.
