IBM acquires Aussie analytics software vendor Envizi
IBM has bought Envizi, a Sydney-based sustainability data and analytics software firm, to strengthen its environmental performance offerings; the deal closed 11 January 2022, terms undisclosed. IBM also bought Melbourne's SXiQ late last year.
