Palisade Agrees Sale of Global Renewables Holdings Pty Limited To Cleanaway Waste Management Limited
Palisade Investment Partners and a co-investor have agreed to sell waste treatment firm Global Renewables Holdings to ASX-listed Cleanaway, with completion expected by end of August 2022 and no conditions attached.
