Exor and Impala are creating a holding company to put €300m into TagEnergy, the renewable developer whose projects include Australia's largest wind farm, which has also just raised €570 million in green bonds.
Renewable developer TagEnergy raised €450 million (A$660 million) from Impala, Mirova and Omnes, each putting in €150 million, to fund its 2.7GW wind and storage pipeline, mostly in Australia.
