CEFC backs half cut solar cells in new drive to slash cost of PV
The Clean Energy Finance Corporation has committed $37 million to X-Elio's 200MW Blue Grass solar farm in Queensland, lending alongside ING and SMBC, with the project using bifacial panels and half-cut cells.
