Flavour Makers buys New Zealand's Groenz in first move offshore
Australian food manufacturer Flavour Makers has bought New Zealand condiments maker Groenz, its first acquisition beyond Australia, adding a Wellington plant, about 90 staff, 165 products and the Frenchmaid brand; terms undisclosed.
